Welcome to Day 14 of our 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge!

Congratulations—you made it! 🎉 Take a moment to acknowledge how far you’ve come.

Over the past two weeks, you’ve shown incredible commitment to yourself, carving out time each day to connect, ground, and grow. Whether you completed all 14 days or just a few, you’ve done something truly meaningful to support your well-being and personal growth.

Today’s classes are the perfect way to close out this journey. Choose a 25-minute relaxing flow to help you feel deeply grounded and rooted, or explore the intermediate option designed to balance your vata energy—ideal for creating calm and stability. Either way, let this final practice remind you of the steady foundation you’ve built.

While this challenge may be ending, your journey doesn’t have to. Keep the momentum going by continuing your daily yoga practice, allowing the grounding and gratitude you’ve cultivated to ripple through your life (pro tip—our Black Friday sale starts next week!).

How do you practice rooting or grounding when life feels chaotic? Deborah Adele wrote in her book Yamas & Niyamas "I had taken no time for even the semblance of reflection or integration, it was just on to the next thing, full speed ahead? Slow down with Kristin for this short practice where you will press pause button on your day, reclaim your right to be here, ground and reset, and allow time to integrate all that is going on in your life. Root into longer holds and invite in some deep breaths. Just 30 minutes of connecting to the earth beneath you could be all you need to settle the chaos.



Ground Your Vata Flow with Claire Petretti Marti

Level: Intermediate | Intensity:You'll Feel It

Whether you have a Vata constitution or it is a Vata time of year, it is easy to get out of balance and feel restless, scattered and fatigued. Excess Vata tends to be held in the colon, the hips and the lower back. We’ll focus on opening these areas, increasing core heat and challenging your balance to create a calm, grounded feeling.
