Today, we’re mixing things up again with another audio-only class option. It’s a chance to step away from the screen, quiet outside distractions, and fully tune into your breath, your body, and your inner guidance. Practicing without visual cues helps deepen your awareness and invites you to trust yourself in a whole new way.

Don’t worry—the audio class is designed to be easy to follow. But if you’re in the mood for something more visual or structured, today’s other class option has you covered. As always, just choose the one that feels right for your energy, experience level, and schedule.

Warming Balancing Flow (Audio) with Jackie Casal Mahrou

Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This balancing flow class will warm your body, energize your spirit, and center your mind. Create tons of heat as you continuously flow through balancing postures, then find focus and quiet the mind as Jackie encourages you to stay calm and grounded while practicing a moving meditation.

Jackie’s class was the warmup to start the day I needed on Wednesday. 25-30 minutes is the perfect time length for me

I did Jackie's class tonight. She is one of my favorite instructors, but I don't think I've ever done this class. She packed a lot into a short amount of time and I was even sweating a little by the end. Such a great class. Good cues and excellent instructions. Namaste.

Managed to squeeze in the Warming Balancing Flow before saying good night. There were a lot of airplanes and balancing postures and I appreciated Jackie’s positive attitude. Another great class!

I am not one for backbends and I always love Jackie's classes so the choice was easy today. I really liked the challenge of the different balances. I look forward to doing this class again and comparing how it goes to previous efforts. As always her vocal cues were spot on and I didn't miss the video, particularly because I wouldn't have been able to look at ity while attempting the balances anyway,

I liked the idea of a Jackie class however, after presenting and attending a conference all day, I was drawn to her “Serenity Now” gentle class.
I added on some twists and Supta Badakonasana. Ahhhh…

Today I did the Warming Balancing Flow (Audio) with Jackie Casal Mahrou..
It was indeed a warming, invigorating yoga flow. It suited my skill level and was appropriate for my workout today.

Really enjoyed the balancing poses on Jackie’s class. It was quite a challenge but in a nice way and I find that these types of classes with flows and balancing sequences work really well for me when I’m tired as they really bring me into the moment.

Happy Wednesday! Last week I enjoyed practicing on my mat the audio class and with one as an option today not to mention with Jackie I was not disappointed at all. Her class cues made my practice today joyful. Just like she says "no worries" if you fall out of the pose. Sure I did a couple of times but did not beat up myself. It is a great audio class where you focus on breathing and cues to practice on your mat. I will do this class again and add it to my favorites. Make today a great day! Namaste...

I really enjoy JCM classes—so easy choice for me today. My body wasn’t into it, struggled a little bit, tho the flow sure did give me exactly what I needed in a short period of time today.

I was going to "skip" yoga this morning, but the challenge helps me reconsider that decision. Shy's classes are always so wonderful and that's a great one but I went retro with Jackie and reminded myself that even 20 minutes can make a difference in my body, mind and spirit. Om shanti

I did Jackie’s Warming Balancing Flow and LOVED it!!!! I definitely want to do it again but I don’t know how t save it on YDL on my roku since it doesn’t come up. I had to use my phone to listen to it.

I chose the Warming Balance Flow (Audio) class. I was excited to be able to choose a class to complete before I started my day and the Warming Balance Class was the length that fit my schedule. I like the audio version although sometimes in poses with multiple steps I feel I need a visual, especially balance poses because too much talking gets me in my head and I lose balance.

My first time with Shy and I like this class and his cues are slow and clear which allows me to dive into the post surely. The twists and bends are good and it seems like it releases a bit tensions in my back.

The audio only format is better than video in my opinion. It really does allow me to focus more on what I'm experiencing instead of looking at the movement of the instructor on the screen. Jackie's cues are great and the movement while in eagle was a good balance check. Good burst of warmth for the short class format.
