Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize

Day 11 - Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize Challenge

Day 11 - Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize Challenge

Welcome to Day 11 of our Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize Challenge!

Thursday, April 17th

You’ve been showing up for yourself day after day—and it’s paying off. You’ve built strength, created space, and committed to real, lasting change. And while movement is a big part of this journey, so is presence. Some of the most powerful shifts happen in the moments where we simply pause, breathe, and feel.

Today’s classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with that stillness—even in the midst of motion. Whether your class includes deep holds or fluid transitions, try to stay anchored in your breath, grounded in your body, and open to what arises. This is where yoga becomes more than just movement—it becomes transformation.

Today’s encouragement: You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be present.

And don’t forget to share your experience in the comments or on Instagram or Facebook. We love seeing how your journey is unfolding, and your posts help keep this global community connected. Plus, you’ll be entered to win one of our four amazing prize packages! 🎁🌍

You’re so close to completing this challenge—keep going strong. You’re doing something truly powerful.

Here are today's class options:

Katonah Yoga Flow with Noemi Nuñez

45 min class

Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

This is a sweet yet challenging flow to get you out of your head chatter, so you can tune into your body and embody the present moment in harmony with your breath and mind. This hatha sequence is inspired in Katonah yoga, which incorporates geometry and elements from Taoist theory. Quite a fun spin infused to familiar poses! Enjoy it with confidence knowing that you will have many options for selfcare along the way.

Twist & Revitalize with Lila Whiting

35 min class

Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

In this twisting practice we will move through a variety of spinal twists to bring vitality & freedom to your spine, hips & shoulders. There will be floor based twists to offer grounding, standing pose twists to build your strength & balancing pose twists to challenge your stability. Breathe deep & enjoy.

*you only need to choose one class

**If you're feeling in the mood for something different you can choose any of our free classes on our site (or any other class you'd like!). The most important thing is to show up and get on your mat!

I loved Twist and Revitalize, it was transformative. I feel clarity, energy, and positive.

I chose Lila's class. I enjoyed the deep twists and unusual poses. Challenging and fun!

I liked Noemi’s twist on the typical yoga poses. It kept the class interesting and challenging. She’s doing the class with you and knows when you need the encouragement to keep going in the poses.

I had a long run this morning and opted for Claire's 30 minute Post-Run Stretch class. It's one of my go-to's after long runs and it was just what I needed. Namaste.

Noemi was new to me and I really enjoyed her exuberance appreciated the encouraging messages throughout the practice. It was challenging but fun to play with something new! I modified as needed for my tired, post-work body. Sat nam☮️

Long day today and no time for a 30+ min class so I did Jackie's Bedtime Yoga. Ahhhh, that was just the stretch I needed

I chose the Twist & Revitalize class. In the med I appreciated the poses, especially ones I’ve never done or haven’t done in a long time. But I often was disconnected with my breath and felt very weak during some of the poses (especially right at the beginning with a one handed plank). I was in my head most of the class thinking very unkind thoughts about myself.

Thanks Noemi. I have never done one of your classes before. Great cues and fun.

Day 11... I wasn't able to do anything today, but if I did, I would have chosen the Katonah Yoga Flow with Noemi Nuñez. I like the idea of being in tune with your mind and body.

I wanted a gentle practice for evening so I did Elise's candlelight Yin. Nice practice to wind down the day.

I took Lila’s class Was great

Ik heb de les van Lila gevolgd. Dit was voor mij tot nu toe de moeilijkste les. Veel balanceren en op kracht.
Ik heb de oefeningen toch proberen te doen tot zover ik kon.

Yesterday I was able to do both classes (one in the morning and the other in the evening). The cues were excellent. The audio class was new for me and actually very enjoyable! Thank you!

I felt like both of these classes would be out of my wheelhouse today, so I went back and did Christen's spiral class. It was great a om shanti

Recovering from a head cold today so needed something gentle. I decided to revisit Ali Duncan’s class “Slow Hatha flow”. It was perfect. Feeling much better. Thank you 🙏

Lila’s class was intense and challenging. I didn’t think I had it in me, but I do! What a great way to start the afternoon.

So far this was my least favorite. Took Lila’s twist classs. There were a lot of poses new to me, Her cueing was very hard to follow. At times she would use the yoga phrase and not give any other cues. I had to look at the screen to figure out what she was doing. When I finally did, she was moving on to the next pose. Felt that I was always behind…just didn’t flow for me!

Today, I picked Jackie's Yoga Body Buzz from earlier in the challenge. It was great and a nice challenge for me.

Happy Thursday! After a 45-minute cycle class this morning and warming up, I challenged myself with Lila's class. A very challenging class where I modified poses that I can no longer do. But I did it, and that is an accomplishment. I worked up a sweat again. Make today a great day! Namaste...

I did "Katonah Yoga Flow" with Noemi Nunez. I was back and forth on this one. I liked some poses but not all of them. Very challenging for me. I'll try it again and see if I can follow it better.

Avatar  Snow 3 weeks agoReply

Lila's class was a challenge and I look forward to continue to work on the twist and balances. I feel energized and ready to start the day!

Avatar  Kristiree 3 weeks agoReply

The Katonah flow was something I've never done before.

Avatar  Chris 3 weeks agoReply

The Katona flow was a good challenge since I had never practiced opposing twists like that before.

Avatar  Susan 3 weeks agoReply

After having missed Day 10 I decided to go back and do Jackies class. She’s one of my favorites! Starts slow for practice then flows. Clear cues so you don’t have to keep looking at the video. Just LOVE her classes!

Avatar  Susan 3 weeks agoReply

Enjoyed Lila class. The twists are focused and I was able to follow despite a bit challenging in my book. In we I’ll try this class again at a later date.

Avatar  Dana 3 weeks agoReply

Today I chose Morning Quickie 2 w Elise. It starts softly and ends w energy. A great opening for my day!

Avatar  Marissa 3 weeks agoReply

Ooh the Twist and Revitalize with Lila was good. Her classes are always a lovely challenge and it was exactly what I needed at the start of my day.

Avatar  Cara 3 weeks agoReply

The twisting class was slower than I am used to, but I feel better after trying it. This would be a great de-stressor or post-travel practice

Avatar  beer 3 weeks agoReply

Day 11 twisted with Lila Whiting. This class was difficult for me but I did my best.

Avatar  Andrea Ward 3 weeks agoReply

I completed Naomi’s class today and really liked it. This class switched tho gs up a lot and made it much more interesting to complete! I’m planning on doing more of her classes in the future.

Avatar  Elissa 3 weeks agoReply

I chose Noemi's class today. Very interesting class. I will incorporate some of her variations into my practice

Avatar  Macsek 3 weeks agoReply

I loved today’s challenging twisting lesson as well. I went for the advenced Twist and Revitalize one and did together with my bf.

Noemi's teaching style is pretty adorable. The crossing alignment in Katonah Yoga Flow is different, and I really enjoyed the stretch in cross legged down dog. Exposure to different instructors is one of the many benefits of this Challenge. Good stuff!
