Today, we’re giving you two very different class options—both powerful in their own way:

Need something quick and uplifting? Try “Yoga for Breakfast”—a 15-minute all-levels class that’s perfect for getting your body moving and your energy flowing.

Craving a stronger challenge? Go for “Deep Sweaty Detox”—a 35-minute active class designed to help you wring out tension and toxins and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.

Challenge Tip: Your body doesn’t need hours to feel better—just a little intention, movement, and breath can shift your entire day.

So choose the class that fits your energy, time, and vibe—and be proud of yourself for showing up.

Yoga for Breakfast with Tara Kestner

Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

Start every day with 15 minutes of yoga and you are guaranteed to improve your health, mood and outlook on the world. This short, easy and beginner friendly class is a fantastic way to wake up the body and prepare your mind for a great day. No props needed, just you and your mat. Have a great day!


Deep Sweaty Detox with Pradeep Teotia

35 min class

Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Ready to sweat? This 35-minute inspiring and action packed class with Pradeep will have you moving, flowing, sweating and detoxing. Expect a well-rounded Pradeep practice, with core work, twists, and movement with breath, all with a light-hearted approach.

**If you're feeling in the mood for something different you can choose any of our free classes on our site (or any other class you'd like!) or go back to a class from a previous day during the challenge. The most important thing is to show up and get on your mat!

I had to take a couple days off from yoga due to some lower back pain. So glad for the more gentle options like today's yoga for breakfast class to ease back into the practice without hurting myself.

Took Tara’s class today! It was a very nice wake-up class! Then I took Jackie’s class Strenth and Freedom! It had been a while since I had done it! Really enjoyed both classes and feel totally relaxed, ready to take on the day!

I've done Pradeep's class before, so I tried a new instructor, Tara. Her flow with breath and stretch was spot on, and her pace was the pace my body and mind needed today. This is a wonderful class for any time of the day to reset! I added this class to my favorites to continue practicing on my mat. Make today a great day! Namaste...

I would have loved to try an instructor new to me, which is another reason I love the challenges however Tara’s class is not on all media platforms! YDL, for challenges my hope for the next challenge is your team has featured instructors/classes queued up on all platforms.
So, my go to favorite JCM: sunrise flow 5:come alive. This class included some twists (nice for the spirit of this current challenge) and it was a “Beautiful”way to start the day. 🙏🏼
