I had a really hard time with this class. I found that the music, the rise and fall of. The narrative, the background, and then the focalization all sequentially distracted from the practice of yoga. It s not great if you like to practice yoga with focus and quietude - and as the auditory stimulation varies a great deal during the class once you get used to whatever is going on something switches on you - like a new vocal song begins, so I had to switch it off.

Intense, easy to follow, and mind blowing in the way that really makes you stare at your truth right in the face. I finished this class feeling invigorated, inspired and motivated to change my story of "my life is so hard" that seems to come out in my tone of voice and the way I even enter a room, to "my life is blessed and I am grateful".

This is not the first Outlaw class I ve tried, but my response is the same as the other times: frustration at the ridiculously fast pace that s reached at certain times in the practice. I have no idea what they re trying to achieve by taking the pace to a point where you re rushing and simply can t transition safely or execute the postures correctly. It s the fourth Outlaw class I ve tried, so I ve given it a chance, but I think it ll be the last.

I did the free stream 24 min video. The music was too distracting and the instructor was going terribly fast to the point that it didn t feel like yoga at all. I m only giving it 2 stars because overall the poses and repetition is great for a work out but they need to turn the music off and slow down to maybe a 30 min video.

Goes a little fast sometimes so I have to be sure to slow down and make sure my pose is correct in order to not hurt my lower back, but still very doable.

INTENSE! This was my first outlaw class and wasn t sure what to expect. The music is a little distracting but overall I enjoyed it. Super sweaty and love the difference from traditional classes

Loved this class. There are longer holds for strength, fast-paced sections to get you out of your head, and a nice relaxing wind down. I really enjoy the Outlaw Yoga approach; it s a refreshing change from traditional classes. The music by KenK is great, but the best was the song he was playing during pigeon on the right hand side. Brilliant.

Pumped to have found a new teacher! Awesome message, great sequence. The cues were a bit fast for me, but I flowed at my own pace and modified when needed. I m marking in my "favorites!"

I did the 20 minute demo to try out outlaw yoga for the first time. I LOVE the concept! The uplifting cues, live music, and good vibes really made this a great practice. The flow moves really fast and I found myself a little behind, but I guess I was practicing behind an outlaw and doing my own thing :)! I recommend this class as a fun, intensive practice. I will be checking out more from them!

I love you guys. The way you co-create the class together is really awesome to feel. Love the movement combinations and the synchronous music; I did feel only for about 5 minutes some of the flow was faster than I could move--but I love the class so much in general that I m excited to do it many many more times, and figure I ll get used to it. I did do it right after waking up, and I kept up with most.

Your messages are inspirational, and I m interested in following you and checking out your book and albums.

I really wanted to like it... it moved a bit to fast for me. I liked the actual flow - just can t move that quick. There is no way I could do this as a morning practice. i did like the guitar - it was a bit loud - it was sort of hard to concentrate when it got really loud, but I did like the variation from the typical yoga music.

Different but in a great way. It was fun and made me smile to hear the music at the beginning but when he started to flow really fast, I completely zoned in to it and the music lead each movement. I really liked it a lot and will do it again.
