Easy Peasy Wheel

Wheel, or Urdvha Dhanurasana, is a challenge for many of us. It takes strength in the back body, flexibility in the shoulders, upper back and quads, and patience. No effort is ever wasted. This short video, just over 25 minutes, is designed to help you achieve this white whale of a pose. Using props and a handy chair (not necessary if you don't have one nearby) we discover what holds us back, and where we can march forward, so in time, this pose can be mastered.
