This was a wildly creative flow and so good for such a short class. I feel twisted, sweaty and stretched. It does move fast, but not overly so if you re use to a vigorous flow.

Some of the cues were off... Cuing the wrong hand for side plank, standing savasana (? that made me giggle), and the "Michael Jackson" move at the end somehow had me with the same leg on top the first time. (That was probably user error, though.)

This flow is just rushing through the poses, and the indications are rather unclear. If I move through my breath, I definitely breathe more slowly and it takes longer than the instructor moves now! In some places, the instructor almost falls - perhaps because she does it too fast herself? Reading about her iyanger background, I can barely believe it s such a rushed flow.

Excellent class - a bit rushed as many say and a bit of the balance was missed because part of one side was skipped. That being said, it is great to repeat this class a few times and pause to get the poses right, because the poses were great and I loved her teaching style overall. I wasn t sure about this class initially because I don t like gimmicky titles, but this class was overall really well done and helped me really explore poses.

I really enjoyed this class. Like others, felt it was too rushed - too many poses for such a short class. But didn t anyone else miss that there was no runner s lunge on the left side? She even commented about going straight into the next move. I kept waiting for her to come back to it. I felt uneven after the class. Would love her to re-do this class including that and maybe making it 40-45 minutes.

This class gives you a lot of different poses in 30 minutes. Made me want to take a longer class since the flow was creative. Rating was changed to intermediate based on other comments and it seems right on now.

loved this class! known moves put together in a different and inspiring way. The teacher leads the class really well, in a clear and steady tone of voice. Not the sweaty and heart pumpy kind of class, but it did make my body stretch. I m feeling great.

I love this class! It is fast paced and keeps me engaged but not overwhelmed, as yoga is still kind of new to me. I am just getting back into shape and can feel it a bit the next day. It s my go to class for less active work out days and only 30 minutes.

I really enjoyed this class a lot. Geenie created a very unique sequence, offering transitions I had never done before. I would keep in mind, I disagree that this is both "ahhh..." and adv. beginner. I feel like it should be at least a step up from both. Some of the movements and focuses, I feel, may be a little too advanced for a beginner and the sequence left me feeling a bit hot and sweaty... but, that was a good thing for me! Will come back to this class again! I didn t want to reduce the rating just because YD categorized them wrong; I felt like Geenie s polarity class deserved 5!

Lovely class! I felt it was a little above "Ahhhh" level for an Adv. Beginner, but because I m Intermediate, it was perfect for my needs today.

Overall I would rate this a 4.0 star class, but it is definitely not an "Ahhhhh" level, which is why I m docking half a point. If you re a beginner or out of practice, this class may move a little fast for you, and depending on your flexibility you may feel the stretch quite a bit once you re done. It s a well balanced class in that you ll test your flexibility and strength in your arms, legs, and torso. It s just more intense than I was hoping for when I saw the intensity level listed.

Good class. I would characterize this as more "you ll feel it". It got my heart pumping. The transition from "all out" to savasana was a little too short, and there was no transition from savasana to "namaste". So I only gave it 3.5 stars. But, it is a good, short, "wake up and get your heart pumping" class.

I enjoyed this class. Great class for only being 30 minutes. I like to hold poses longer usually, but only having a short amount time, this was perfect. I liked the way that Geenie led into cowface pose.... made it easy to get in and flow into a twist - was unique to me and loved it! She did forget to do runner s pose on the left side, but I just added in at end. Will definitely do this class again, when I need to get a quick but effective yoga practice in.

Excellent class! I did this first thing in the morning and it was a great way to wake up my body. I can t wait to do this one again. The only thing I felt was missing was a supine spinal twist at the very end just before going to savasana. Thanks, Geenie - you re an awesome teacher!!
