Although I occasionally felt the cue was bit off or the transition awkward, for the most part, the class was smooth. Usually that would be a 4-star review, but the instructor has awesome energy and contagious positivity and he walked me through a few postures I ve previously failed to complete. I left feeling awesome, and it s appreciated.

I loved the personality of this teacher. Some yoga teacher take themselves too seriously, this teacher doesn t. Light hearted fun well rounded class.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I love the drums and Tyrone s passion fornthe practice. This was my first day of weight bearing after partially tearing a tendon 6 weeks ago. For my first day back, it was the perfect amount of planks and downward dogs - though full updogs and side planks will definitely need some more time to be able to do. I also found I struggled a bit with the simpler transitions, but I appreciate the change up. This class left me feeling well stretched and refreshed. Thank you.

Wonderful class that I will definitely be taking again. Challenging but not overly so, especially for a semi-beginner practitioner. I loved the reminders to smile, enjoy yourself, and take care of your body during practice. I look forward to more classes from Tyrone.

Beautiful class accessible for all levels. I really enjoyed the way Tyrone guided the mediation - flow and the drums in the background were (are) an added plus.

This was my first class Tyrone. He has good energy. Drums were an interesting addition but not my preference. His referring to the poses in general body terms left me wanting to look at the TV to see what he was cuing. There was also a few miscues. I enjoyed the standing balance sequences, length of the holds and optional variations. The class ended at 53 minutes, which left almost 10 minutes remaining for meditation.

I enjoyed this class immensely. Lots of variation and modifications are included. The teacher reminds you to have fun which is what yoga is supposed to be about. His cues are great and the drums were a mega bonus. What a lovely message at the end as well. You will start your day uplifted, motivated and inspired. Thank you for this beautiful class! Namaste ??
