Excellent class! A few of the cues were a bit too fast and confusing (I don t look at the videos much during the classes, but in this one I really had to look a handful of times to understand what the cue was). Otherwise, this was a well-rounded class that flew by.

This is *no kidding* my most favorite class I can remember doing! Love the creativity in sequencing. Hits a variety of less used areas with bonus unique abs. Wonderful job Kristin!

Challenging flow with excellent cueing for those who are already familiar with the demands of an intermediate yoga flow. Kristin sets up this practice in the context of waiting for change to unfold. She creatively grows the metaphor of physical challenge, by building the poses and the flows, encouraging participants to practice endurance and persevere in waiting beyond what is comfortable. Perfect practice for these times.

My hips have been out of line for a couple of weeks and this practice brought attention to the strength needed in that area. I loved the variations and the flow, unique.

Echoing the sentiment in some of the other reviews that the cues were a little off this flow. (Unusual for Kristin -- I don t think I ve had to look at the screen for any of her other flows and I ve done many now.)

However, this class was WORK. I sweated a lot. I would have liked a nice pigeon or runner s lunge at the end because my hips were tired, but overall a great class.

I really enjoyed the flow of this class, and the dynamic postures, however, sometimes it was missing the cues in transitioning out from one posture to the next, leaving me always a little behind. I found this especially frustrating as a lot of the practice takes part facing the back of the mat and cueing is so important when you have no visual.

Good class and poses, but the cueing is off and several times i had to stop to look at the screen. i d love to see her re-do this class with better cueing for watching onscreen and perhaps slowing down the flow pace just a bit. i felt like i had to rush my breathing and each pose to keep up.
