This was the perfect class for me today, the lateral movements exactly what I needed for my back. I had to adjust it to my speed (slower), stop the video and spend time to certain poses, and also mute the counting. I don t like fitness counting in yoga, but it s very personal and does not take any from the skilful teacher, I am sure a beautiful soul too

This moved too fast for me to be getting much out of the poses. If I hadn t been able to see the instructor on-screen, I would not have believed it was possible to do some of these so fast! Also, there is one pose that I d never heard of before and could barely do. I wish she had taught it slowly and offered a modification.

There is not enough directional cueing and she often misses using the pose name which would help.

I enjoyed the class and the spiraling dance we did on the mat. I had a great workout. I did however think it was fast a moments but I just did my own pace. I’m sure with practice I too could be at pace.

Loved this class, some lovely variations. I could really feel the spiralling and opening in my body.

I was challenged, no doubt about it. I struggled to keep up and then I decided to just do the poses at my own speed before I injured something, I am only 56 yrs old so not too bad for me! After I did that I liked the class much better. I will keep coming back to this class. I will get stronger and be able to keep up.
