This was a good class but for all the time on one knee. There is a lot of work In a lunge, with one knee down. This is so painful on my knees. I ended up just sitting on the floor doing the arm portions and feeling bummed.

Lovely, gentle class that opens the back and front part of the body. Very nice for early morning or evening. I threw in a half pigeon for extra measure.

I enjoyed this class. Very calming, relaxing and great for opening. I love the fact that there is not the usual yogadownload music on here, but gentle bells. You can choose to play your own music or not.
