Great sequence and poses and rhythm when we were in asana. However, it was barely more than "ahhhh.." level. There was also too much talking and sides were uneven.

I am sorry, but this is a pre-beginner class--so far away from advanced beginner and up! And to spend almost 5 minutes of a 20-min. class breathing and talking... really?

This is a nice class for when you want a little focus. It nicely preps for tree pose. Teacher is warm and steady. My only complaint is that the sides are not even. We do all this opening on the first side and then the second is shorter and freestyle. Otherwise, a nice short class.

This is an advanced beginner yoga class, I felt it could have been better if she would have instructed the model and not do it with her. I had a hard time staying focused in tree because you moved and swayed in the pose. That is great for you but maybe not for your students.
