It seems like the sections were filmed and put together without a complete review. The title with Warrior 3 and Tree Pose is not correct and 2 sections of pigeon pose seems redundant. I enjoyed the traditional practice.

Good solid sequence of poses. I liked the long breathing cues. More detailed cueing would have been helpful for the poses for an all levels class - even for someone who has been doing yoga for a while, it s helpful to have lots of cues on the subtle aspects of poses. Nice background chanting. Challenging but well paced.

Overall, I liked the class. Breathing was not hurried as in some classes. There is/are a 1-2 second pause between sets w/ a note saying what s coming up next. One said: Tree & Warrior 3. I thought: GREAT! Two of my favorites...they never came. Another announced that camel would be there, it wasn t (that s ok; I don t like camel). Some vinyasas in the beginning where fast to warm up. One child s pose in the series. Cueing is good; she takes her time. The one for cool down repeated pigeon; not sure why. You go thru Warrior 1 & 2; triangle; pyramid; pigeon; bow; padahastasana, fish pose & spinal twist. It s good; but not a favorite at this time.
