This does feel like an all levels class at all. I took the one hour version and was disappointed to find the warm up pratapana to simply be sun salutations, rather than the 6 spinal movements. The teacher seems lovely and the timing is comfortable, for me it lacked creativity and especially lacked the spirituality I was hoping the practice would be infused with more richly.

Pretty good flow. I wish it had a little more of a sweat going on but I am an athlete so it take a bit more for me. It was nice and relaxing with a bit of a workout so I am pleased. She has a nice voice and wasn t too chatty.

I did the 20 min version & sadly it is the 1st class on yogadownload that I didn t enjoy. Lots of talking at the beginning is ideal in a longer class, but took up too much time. One basic sun salutation then into a sun salutation with half moon then into shoulder stand. Lots of people would get injuries doing this. You can tell that the original class has been modified to fit other time lengths. Much better to just design a class to fit one time as people miss out on the counter poses which are beneficial. I will however try the longer class, but this has put me off. I understand that 20 mins is a short practice, but there are other 20 min classes on here that give an all round short workout. Sorry,but I had to give an honest review.

Nice class overall. It never ceases to amaze me, however, how yoga teachers can mislead the public with erroneous information on basic physiology. The thyroid gland has absolutely nothing to do with serotonin levels in the body. I had a good giggle though. Laughter yoga!

Great class... loved the explanation during shoulder stand. A cue for lowering the legs and protecting the back would have been beneficial to people with back issues.

this was a nice, clean flow. she gave good, clear instructions, and held each pose for an appropriate amount of time. I worked up a decent sweat!

I really liked that she used 3 different sun salutations to warm up. I may do more of that in my personal practice.

I m sure I ll do this class again!

I like that this class covers a lot of fun, challenging poses without being a very intense workout. I bought the 45 min. class and it went by very fast, so I have to say that there are a lot of challenging poses with a short warm-up, which can be dangerous. I would recommend the 60 min. one.
