Love this class! It s obviously fusion and not straight yoga, but the instructor is positive and encouraging. The sequence is varied and provides a perfect counter with each movement. The instructor counts and gives you a great summary of the class and what s to come next so you are prepared. So good!

This was a great class! I really enjoyed the incorporation of the weights into the yoga, adding a nice challenge to some of the poses. I will come back to this one!

Well that 48 went really quickly! A great workout. Brief tutoria at start was really helpful for what s coming up -a speedy yoga flow then into the exercise sequences, incorporating push-ups, squats, lunges, crunches, upper body weights - repetition but with enough variety to keep it intersting. Then a nice stretching cool-down and a well earned short savasana. Thankyou.

Wow! I don t usually do beginner classes but this was tough and definitely made me sweat. Great toning and strengthening class. The long holds to the usual poses also added challenge. I m going to add this to my favorites. Thanks Ben!

I felt like I got a really good all over body workout. The intensity was just right for me. I appreciate Ben s detailed instruction for some of the more important poses. I m adding this workout to my regular weekly routine. I also enjoyed the time taken to stretch, at the end of this class.

This is a great, shortish workout class. The instructor has a really nice, mellow attitude and the pacing is good. So far I have enjoyed all of his classes that I ve tried.

If there were more stars I d give more! Another great workout from Mark. This one is my favorite. It combines enough different elements to keep you interested and working hard but not to where you want to give up. His voice and instruction is calm and not creepy like other guys. He s a great instructor and this was a fantastic workout.
