I ve done fusion classes with HIIT, cardio, core and yoga all mixed in for a fun, challenging workout, but it s been a while and I guess I wasn t quite ready for it. This was a challenge for me today but definitely something to keep working at!

This class was really fun! Both parts were challenging, with lots of movement, and there was a nice stretch and solid shavasana at the end. I really like how Ben s classes make me work hard and sweat, but in a way that feels really good on my sensitive back and shoulders.

This was my first class ever and I loved it. I m just getting into yoga; I usually just do HIIT workouts. This was a great way to get warmed up and then move into yoga. I loved that he went by the yoga names so I could learn and that there was a real flow between poses. Super fun and I m feeling great after!

When you have less than an hour to workout, this class is cardio, a little strength work and a nice yoga flow combined. Another well thought out class from Ben.

I m still pretty out of shape, so this one is more of a "Bring A Towel" for me. But the HIIT is a great; the variations in movement and 30-second/10-second intervals keep you moving without it growing monotonous. There s an intermission in the middle to bring down your heart rate. All the squat poses in the HIIT made the warriors and lunges in the flow more challenging for me.

I m a yogi at heart, and don t love high intensity boot camp style classes, but this is a good intro and not too demanding. i just needed to sweat today and this did the job very well.

This was a super fun class! It was a great mix of HIIT and yoga flow to keep things interesting. The HIIT portion provided enough variation to pass the time quickly. Before you know it, you ve worked up a sweat and get to enjoy a relaxing shavasana before doing some yoga flow. I will be working this into my regular routine.

This was another excellent offering from Ben Davis. The perfect blend of HIIT and yoga. I built up a good sweat and enjoyed the flow and the nice long savasana at the end. Great way to start the day. Thank you!

My first of Ben Davis fitness classes, and it won t be my last! The 20 min HIIT was perfect- at first I wasn t sure if it would be challenging enough, but by the end of that 20 min sequence, I was feeling it! Then there is a brief savasana to prepare for the yoga flow. After a few gentle warm up stretches, the dynamic flow ramps up but didn t ever feel too demanding. The class finishes on a gentle note with a long savasana that was a prefect segue from the class physical intensity to feeling mellow and grounded for the rest of my day.
