This class is truly both yoga and strength, and they are integrated rather than separate pieces. Erin weaves the strength moves into the yoga poses mindfully but smoothly. Her cueing for alignment and form are excellent, and her additional comments are targeted at the number of reps completed or remaining. Use a relatively low weight, as this class relies on a very high number of reps (for other strength work outs with free weights I often use a set of 8 lb weights, here I use 3 lbs).

Great class from Erin! Just the right level of challenge, enough to make you work to your edge but not to the point of feeling like giving up. Erin is such an encouraging teacher. More classes like this please!

I liked the concept of this class and most of the exercises but I felt that it lacked cohesiveness and flow. In other words there was too much shifting around between poses and no enough forward cues. The flow sequence was fine as we built up to it with the individual moves but then Erin started doing a sort of flow with other moves in a sequence which we hadn t learned, with cues that came while we were doing the exercises so you had to look at the screen and catch up. Not a big deal but enough for me to lose my focus and only give 4.5 stars. A good workout nonetheless.

Nice full body work out with lots of core. Not too strenuous but nice flow with weights. Excellent core section. I m sure I ll feel it tomorrow.

OK. I really liked this class. Good yoga flow to start then focus with weights felt good and strong not exhausting. Good full body sculpt; I added it to my favorites.

Such a great class when you are life-fatigued and need to strengthen head to toe emotionally and physically for INVIGORATION FEELS at the end. This class goes by fast with the steady movement.

It is not the most challenging class with weights, but a nice class. It made me slightly sweaty and I even had some sore muscles the day after. So it was probably a bit harder than it seemed. And it was one of those classes that went by very quickly.

Every time I take a class with Erin, I think “that was different—and I liked it!” This one is no exception. Fans of her barre classes will like this one—some bigger movements instead of those killer tiny pulses, but the same basic principle: take a relatively simple movement and keep working that muscle until you feel it! The warm up sets up the sculpt sequence while also readying your muscles. A nice, manageable workout with options to level up or down.
