Love the message, and the flow was great. I personally think having this as a "yoga for weight loss" makes sense. Kristin goes over how yoga helps in weight loss, but focuses more on health than weight loss in her reasoning. I appreciated that, more people on weightloss journeys need to shift their focus to health rather than a number on the scale. This class maybe sneaks in the message where it s needed.
I agree that it s probably not "bring a towel" but only because the flow was short. I definitely built up some heat and my heart rate was up -- just didn t last long enough for it to result in drippy sweats.
I took off a half star because some of the cueing and transitions were awkward, which is unusual with Kristin s classes. Nothing too out there, just found myself looking at the screen or ending up half a step behind here and there trying to figure out my next move.

I m giving this 5 stars but noting a few things to be aware of. The actual movement portion is only about 20 minutes—great if you re pressed for time! Like the previous reviewer, I would rate this "you ll feel it" rather than "bring a towel." Finally, don t let the "weight loss" label put you off (it doesn t even seem to go with the subtitle "love the skin you re in"?). This is a great mix of strengthening, opening, brisk movement, and balance for anyone looking for an energetic start to the day or an afternoon boost.

A great way to start the day, for me. There’s a good balance of movement, strengthening, and stretching, well sequenced and with a message of care throughout. I found the intensity level to be one step down from bring a towel. Could be a good class to pair with a cardio workout, if you want a bit more.
