It s a nice class, and in general I like Erin s classes, but there was way too much talking. I wonder if people who don t generally do yin would like the talking, but it wasn t for me. Thanks for the great shapes though, Erin!

This is a fantastic class! I love the extra instruction/explanation it is educational
I have taken your intro to Yoga Nidra as well Yin for Upper Body
Love them all - yin has become my new favorite practice to get all the stickiness out!

Contrary to previous yogis, I thought the teacher spoke just the right amount, her voice was relaxing and had helpful cues. I ve mainly done ashtanga or vinyasa type classes though so this yin style is new to me. I feel wonderful afterwards and was a perfect pick me up on a late afternoon.

Just too much talking for no reason. I ended the class at 24 minutes and continued on my own, in silence.

I liked doing this class, but because I did it in the morning, I felt like it was a bit slow. I would have been better saving it for the evening and using it as a wind-down.

I really enjoy yin yoga (longer poses, quiet/calming environment), this class provided relaxing poses which I appreciate, and could have put me to sleep (in a good way!). My mind easily quiets itself when I start a yoga class, and I prefer a yin class to have a little less speaking. I found my mind being pulled out of a quiet state often with the extra direction or comments that I m not used to and didn t find necessary, which is the reason for 4 stars.

This class is aptly titled - the pace is slow and melting happens! The only reason I didn t give it a full 5 stars is because I was hoping for a nice long, melting pigeon :)

Simple class with alternating counter poses that left me feeling very open and relaxed, especially my lower back. Just make sure to have your props handy. Highly recommended for an evening wind down!

Thank you so much Erin for this beautiful calming Yin class with guided mindfulness and great options offered for use of props. I was feeling restless today and am so glad I gave myself permission for this lovely 40 minutes of non-movement and melting.
