Nice practice. Great body scan. Warns a little too late to keep a straight spine on a forward fold if you have low back or spinal issues. Has a bit of a vocal fry, which is distracting.

Thanks to this class I discovered Yoga Nidra and now I use it to wind down and quiet my head when I cannot sleep, it always work!

What a wonderful way to end the day! I appreciated the many lovely poses targeting the hip flexors, which for me are often tight after a long day of sitting at the office. The body scan was great, as well.

So good for my 58 year old body! Love the peaceful quiet of this class. And despite doing it in the afternoon and not feeling at all sleepy, found myself dozing during the body scan. Excellent class. Thank you!

I ve done this practice a few times and I m never disappointed. It doesn t really give you a "deep" stretch if that s what you re looking for. However, it does relax your mind and body. I did this one with my boyfriend last night, and we fell asleep before getting 3/4 of the way through!

Very relaxing with a thorough body scan. This class ends with a countdown of the breath that is quite useful for clearing the mind before sleep. Added to favorites. Thanks Erin!
