Wonderful yin class! This instructor is so soothing and she nicely integrates breathing practices and meditation, with long holds and lots of juicy hip openers. Highly recommend this video and I am looking forward to taking more of this instructor s classes.

This is my current favorite class! I love how Yin yoga is slow but challenging, and Elise does a great job of adding in some extras. I finish this feeling relaxed and refreshed in body, mind, and spirit!

After doing a few Yin classes due to injury, I am becoming a bit of a fan! I always used to consider slow yin type classes to be a waste of time but I m loving it. So gentle and supportive but also feeling really restorative. This is a great workout for when you can t workout but I m also wondering if the "release" side is working on me - I ve been much more relaxed the last few days and sleeping better. Loved the class. Thanks so much Elise! Everything I needed and I am especially grateful for the forearm self massage! I design hand knitting patterns and therefore knit a lot, and this was just perfect! And the long gentle holds help release so much tension.
I will do this one again for sure!

This is my first class with this instructor and believe first experience with Yin yoga. I typically really enjoy exploring new instructors and classes, however this one was not for me. I would also add that I am athlete that trains daily, so my muscles are typically very tight. This class had no had warm up for my cold muscles. I do appreciate the long holds but with a more progressive approach. There was no flow or progression in this class. I am sure how others found this to be a 5 star class when compared to everything out there.
