Just what I wanted and needed. I was very tired, tight and grumpy. I knew that I needed to move and stretch but fighting it. This class coaxed me into relaxation, movement, breath and a better mood. Thank you so much Kristin .

I liked the image of hanging upside down. It made me want to be suspended, but unfortunately, I don t have that ability at home. Anyway, great class! I felt like we covered a lot of body areas in a short time. Loved the camel variation!

This class was not for me. I have several knee surgeries so being on my knees for extended periods of time is painful. I also had trouble following the instructions at times and had to look at the screen. Overall I think it s a widely loved and enjoyed class, just not for me. Day 9 of the 14 day challenge.

This was a very gentle and nice class. I did it after a long work day at the computer although I would have preferred it be after a long bike ride or walk. Either way it is a great class for winding down

Slow, but definitely not easy. Taking each pose as far as I could go and holding was a challenge. I loved Kristin s steady style and her emphasis on "stayedness" to help find a calmer inner space. This class left me feeling grounded, invigorated and refreshed.

This class was the perfect intensity after a long day. Many of the poses i had never done before so it was a good challenge to see how far ive come in daily practice. Beautiful message, but some of the cues were a little confusing.

Agree that right and left cuing had me doing the opposite of her at times but I just adjusted as needed. I did, however, exclaim a loud “What?” When she said how long we were going to hold boat pass. :) I’m adding this to my rotation for sure.

I was a little tight from my previous strength workouts the last two days. So, this was a welcome, relaxing class for me. That being said, I did have to look up a few times because the cue was missing a left or right side notation. Otherwise, nice class that I would consider doing post-workout again.

This class was just ok for me. I liked the message and the stretches were nice but I found the cuing really difficult to follow and I had to watch the screen really closely to see what I was supposed to be doing.

Exploring a useful concept of the need for patience and stillness to undergo transformations but there needed to be more cues to move into the postures, especially right and lefts.

This felt great and I enjoyed the sequence, especially after working out. Unfortunately, the cueing was distracting since she made several mistakes about which arm or side of the mat and didn t cue the arms at all one time.

Great class, different from Kristin s other classes as it is hatha rather than her usual vinyassa. I didn t find there was too much coaching as another reviewer mentioned & I do find that annoying in some classes. But perhaps I needed the coaching :)
