I m glad I gave this class a go. I definitely did more than I expected and successfully completed it on my first try. There were some laughs, definitely some stumbles, and I really enjoyed it. This is definitely a favorite, and I WILL do it again!

Perfect balance of yoga with added strength and relaxation. The flow of this class was very balanced. Now in my favorites to practice on my mat each week. Namaste...

I definitely broke a sweat. For me, this was a Level 3+. I love the combination of arms, core, and legs! I like the options to make easier or more challenging. Just the challenge I was looking for!

Really enjoy being able to incorporate wweight training into my practice. I ve done a few of your classes now and I m beginning to get the hang of it. I liked the pace of this one. Slightly slower with more of an emphasis on breathing. Thanks, Kristin!

Great upper body workout with weights and squats get the lower body. Good overall workout and nice stretch at the end when you need a shorter workout. Enjoyed!

Love the class. Balanced, interesting sequences. When setting aside time viewers should know that the sculpting sequence is a bit longer - around 30 minutes.
