Appreciate Keith but this practice tweaks so many of my knee and shoulder issues ....
Will return to other practices and explorations.

This has become one of my favorite classes. The length is perfect and I love that it includes some harder poses (crow, dolphin) and good stretches. Also love that it ends in meditation. I prefer it that way in the morning.

I thought this would be a quick sun salutation to warm everything up BUT it was not that at all. It contained some longer breath filled hold and slow movement. It was a nice surprise!

Great class, but as other users have said, it would be great to be able to turn the music off, not just here but in all classes with music. I know some like it but I find it incredibly distracting and it seriously interferes with my practice.
The accompanying Spotify playlist that some classes use seems a good solution.

Thank you so much Keith for the perfect practice. This practice was calming, soothing and fit a lot into the 20 minutes. All the moves flowed into each other for a whole body flow, and Keiths gentle guidance was right on target. My new favorite!! Namaste.

This is one of my favourite classes. I do it about once a week and I have found it to be a good gauge on how I improve my skills and strength from week to week, as there are several fairly challenging poses (for me) that I am slowly becoming able to do. I find this class has a bit of everything, for when I want to be challenged but don t have a lot of time. I ve liked all of the classes I ve tried from Keith so far but this is my favourite!

Loved this class! I was fighting a cold, and wanted something short in length that wouldn t kill me and would make me feel better. This definitely worked. I think getting upside down pumped up my immune system. Oh, and this is a great class even when you re not fighting a cold. :)

This is really lovely. I did it after a workout and it was a perfect way to cool down, stretch, and most importantly reconnect to my breath and the moment. Exactly as described.
