Even though there is no video on the screen, there is no confusion. The instruction is clear and easy to understand. I love the gentle Hayja Yoga. This class is perfect to stretch hips. It is short but enough to calm down and relax. Very good. Thank you.

Jackie is one of my favorites. This class is fantastic and exactly what i needed for my deeply pained hips and hams...and it was a winding down class so the restorative poses were very welcome. I feel so much better and in less pain...definitely added to my favorites

This was the first class I tried on this website and it s amazing. Like others here have said, it completely opened up my hips, totally relieving my sciatica pain. I love the way the teacher always said to move into the next position "in your own way." Perfectly paced and extremely calming. Thank you! I ll be back for more.

Find this class excellent. I m fairly new to yoga and thoroughly enjoy this and find it very beneficial. I have lots of issues in my hips and lower back and this really helps alleviate them.

This class was amazing. Though only 20 minutes, it still loosened up my hips significantly by the end. The "flow" was enjoyable, transitioned logically and, quite simply, felt amazing! Jackie spoke very clearly and described the postures perfectly, which is crucial when the class is only audio. Additionally, I really liked Jackie s voice--very soothing and mellifluous.

Jackie is a great instructor. Even in a 20 minute class, which I used as a stretch after a HITT workout she gets you the promised stretch in a logical way. I will check out the longer version next time.

Absolutely love this class. Nice and gentle and just 20 minutes, so just the thing when I don t have a lot of energy or time. Gives a really nice stretch to the hips. Very relaxing :)

Love the class. However, there is a beeping in the background music that sounds like an alarm going off and it is quite distracting! Did I leave the oven on upstairs? It definitely hurts the focus and flow of the class.

I have been waiting and waiting for this Hatha session to come out! It was wonderful. Imagine my disappointment when I saw that this class is only offered in a 20 minute version! I was so looking forward to trying several lengths, since all the others in the Hatha series by Jackie have 4 lengths to choose from. My only complaint, then, is that I was hoping for more! This session left me feeling open and comfortable, and the effect lingered through to the next day.

I am in complete agreement with Lisa s earlier comments. Woke up this am & my hips were really hurting. Popped on this class & I now feel so much relief! I ve done other Professor Jackie classes & love to hear that voice; she was meant to be a Yoga Instructor. As the other post suggests, maybe Jackie can do another class like this just a bit longer (30-45 mins) or maybe you wizards can configure this class so that it s longer by just holding these same poses a little longer. That would be heaven!! After the way I felt this morning vs. the way I feel after doing this class just now, Professor Jackie now has a new title: DOCTOR Jackie. Thank you, Yoga Download!!
