Thank you for this practice, Keith, I loved it. It just goes to show that you don t need a fancy sequence to teach a good class, this practice was powerful and beautiful because of its simplicity rather than in spite of it. Thank you for sharing your energy with the world.

I liked the pace and calmness of the class, through there was challenge at the same time. Keith said that the value we get from poses comes from how well we connect with the breath, which really resonated with me. I liked the view of nature with moving water in the background. Keith has a nice teaching style.

Wonderful morning practice. I enjoyed the gentle river sounds in the background and Keith’s slow and measured pace. His cuing is clear but there is enough silence to enjoy the breath. This is a favorite.

Just beginning my 21-day challenge- what a great class to start with. The class had poses and I appreciate the speed of the class.great cues from Keith as well. It was nice to hold the poses a little longer. I hope this class will be available in your online classes too.

Too often we feel like we need something new to keep us motivated but this class reminds us to settle into the pose and feel it. Although transitions are part of the pose, it is so important to give our mind & body the time to stay inside in stillness and this class offers that.

Fantastic class in a beautiful setting. Most of the poses are standing (tough to lay down on all of those rocks!) but there are a few done from a lunge position. Keith is a wonderful teacher with clear instruction and just the right amount of hold to get the most from the poses.

Wonderful class, beautiful setting. A good blend of wonderful moves, feel great at the end. Also lets you choose your own pose for the last minute before savasana. Love that since I often want a certain move and this gave me time.

Keith has become my favorite instructor on YDL by a longshot and probably one of the better ones anywhere. Please make more of these slow, mindful type practices around 30 minutes in length. They are the perfect start to the day for those of us that don t have much time.

Great class, the only thing is my personal preference is to be brought out of svasana. I have relaxed so much that I fell asleep and woke up to a backache from sleeping on the floor! Little too old for that!!
