I love this class and have taken many times since I joined yogadownload. For last six months, I was not able to practice any yoga due to back issue. My physical therapy told me to not do yoga until my back heal. Now I am back. I still need to avoid quick movements when I practice yoga. So, this class is perfect for me. The slow movements made every pose much harder and challenging for me, yet I feel strong and calm now. This is a wonderful yoga practice. I am sure I will have muscles sore tomorrow :)

Fantastic class :)!!! I am in my 60s and found Yoga at 57 - it changed my world. Keith s classes have helped me to build strength, listen to my body, feel deeply encouraged by the power of Yoga, and love my body again. Yahooooo!

Another great Keith class! Slow-moving with longer holds that give you time to really get into and feel the poses. His voice is so calming and his cueing really helps you understand your body in the pose.

I was looking for a class with an advanced beginner feel, focusing on both stretching and toning. This was perfect. He offers alternatives for some poses, which is always nice.

Nice long holds. Not hard ones but the holding requires you to think it through to feel it where you need to. Keith always describes things and moves through poses in a different way that gives the pose more strength and meaning. The cues direct me in just the right way that I understand the structure of the pose and where my body should be. He explains the body parts that should be doing the work and how to position them to get the best outcome for the pose.

The more of Keith s classes I do the more respect and appreciation I have for his teaching. This class went fast but felt expansive. It sticks with me that he always encouraged going to your edge. These poses, and the holding, are perfect IMHO for body and mind. This is a quiet but encouraging class I NEED to revisit. Thank you!

I don t realize how crumpled my posture becomes over time, the re-alignments and holds must increase my height! Thank you for a calming, strengthening and an ever so important re-alignment reminder class.

When I need a calm, but not too easy practice, Keith is a go-to. I often learn a new tweak that improves my poses. Today, it was the "like you are opening jars" in plank pose, and looping my arm back in preparation for dancer s pose. Little adjustments that made a big difference.

This slow, calm but strong class is an excellent full body workout. It won t necessarily get your heart pumping although some of the poses you will be holding are powerful, but you will feel stronger and more invigorated. Like many of the the other commentators, I love Keith s calm and soothing voice with good cues. Great class!

I have become a fan of Keith Allen s classes. HIs timing and cuing are just right for me, and I appreciate the reminders to stay calm and focused. I am adding this to my Favorites -- it s nice to have a shorter workout in my bag of tricks.

Keith has such a calm and comforting presence, and knows how to offer just the right instruction to help you better match up your breathing or get into a pose. Even with longer holds, my mind did not wander as much as it often does. The flow was interesting and holistic. It gives you a workout without having to rush between poses, so you can fully get their benefits. Thanks Keith for another great class!

This class is sensational (pun intended)! It is wonderful, but also sensational in the literal sense: Keith s cuing really helped me ground into each posture and feel new sensations. Some of my favorite teachers are storytellers during class, but Keith is also one of my favorite teachers because he is so calm, encouraging, and intentional. I can t wait to do this class again!

This was a really wonderful class. I didn t realize how much a great stretch and workout I would get from these long holds. It calmed my body and my brain. Keith cues so calmly and clearly. This is one I will take again.

wonderful slow flow. i woke up in a terrible mood and with a pounding headache, but this flow turned my mood around. keith has such a calm cuing voice and his prompts in savasana helped me relax. (not an easy feat!) i ll be saving this one to do again on days i wake up tired and grumpy.
