Agree with all comments, great class, hips feel like new. The streaming however wasn t great, twice the video stopped and I had restart the session. This never happens with other YDL sessions and my internet is very reliable. Something in the server side.

When I saw the word "Squat," I was not sure if I like it but tried anyway. I am glad I didn t run away. My hips are happier and feel better. Thank you!

Unique class. I will add this to my favorites as it offers a deep focus on hip strengthening and opening that is important for me as I had 2 hip replacements in the last year and need to rebuild strength and flexibility. This class really gets into these tight areas.

This is a great class for anyone (like me) with tight hips. While I m able to squat quite deeply, as a runner with a desk job I struggle with specific aspects of hip mobility like weak glutes, hip flexors, and iliopsoas, and poses like full skandasana can seem almost out of reach. Lila s gentle humor and encouraging cues made this challenging and highly creative class accessible, and one that I will come back to. She is one of my new YDL faves!

Chronic back pain sufferer due to tight hips / pelvis. This practice is a lifesaver!! So gentle - really gets into the nitty gritty of the joint pain. Thank you for this gift!

Excellent stretch for opening up your hips. I could tell the difference from the first squat in the class to the last which was more easily open and larger. This is a well instructed class but not so much a flow. If you hold stress in your hips as I do this is a great release.
