With a focus on back strengthening, and the only deep flexion exercises performed lying on the back (to keep the spine safe), this is an excellent practice for great training while healing your back!

I wish I could give this class more than 5 stars. I come back to it again, and again, and I take some of the principles taught here to modify other practices.
Excellent class, Shy is so wonderful at instructing to stay safe and yet feel so much better. MY back always hurts, sometimes more than others but feels much better now.
A very balanced practice with enough challenge and rest to release the back. Thank you.

Having just attended retreat with Shy, this class was like stepping back on the mat with him. The plane ride home created a sciatica issue and this was so healing.
