Ashtanga Yoga is designed to gradually open up the body and deepen the breath through a intelligently sequenced series of postures that move along at a steady pace. In this class David leads you through a vigorous, fun version of most of the primary series up to Bhadda Konasana. There are variations to help with individual needs as well as to protect the hamstrings and knees. We skip over a couple of parts that are best learned directly from a teacher. Be prepared to breath deeply, sweat and challenge yourself!
