If you listen closely, you will engage a deeper level of strength within your body. Deep hip opening prepares for the peak pose, Eka Pada Koundinyasana II (Hurdler's). Whether this is a posture already in your yoga vocabulary, or if you are newly approaching it, the power to stay with the pose at any level, in the shape of the pose and with the actions of the pose, Staying Power will eventually get you where you need to go.
