This audio was incredibly helpful to understanding the importance of Sanskrit and why one would want to learn it. The audio is clear and easy to understand, helpful to both students and teachers! I enjoyed this audio mostly because it shows cultural appreciation to the native home of yoga.

I enjoyed this audio very much. The intro is great and explains a variety of reasons why one might want to learn the Sanskrit names for poses. I also appreciated that Lynn then went through the names of common poses in English, while a native Indian pronounced them in Sanskrit. The ending with Sun Salutation poses and names was great too. Thanks for this class!
