I really liked the pace of this close--it is slow and steady and easy to follow, holding poses just long enough to be a challenge and revealing tight spots along the way. Not sure about the visualization recommended, but that did not detract from the class in any way. I really enjoyed the instructor.

Nice routine with fun new asanas, but I had a hard time with the verbal cues (poses are often not named, which made me look up at the screen a lot) and with the pranayama.

This is a transformative, enlivening practice. The pace is not too fast or too slow and the sequence incorporates a more holistic approach than most yoga classes, including some mantra, visualization, and pranayama.

I love this class. It is not a hard workout, but it is a great class for days when you do not feel like pushing yourself too hard, and the teacher is just wonderful. Lots of chanting and twisting, new asanas and a great message. It just makes me really happy!
