Wow, there needs to be another category for Becca s classes. This won t just make you sweat it will take you to your limit . ??

Thanks for the encouragement Becca you clearly know when it gets tough.
Her classes are tough but she will get you fit and strong. Would definitely recommend if these are your goals. My only critic would be I think there needs to be more of a warm up and cool down. Which you will need to do yourself before and after the class.

Love! I spend most of my workouts under a barbell, so it s easy to neglect plyometrics and calisthenics. This was such a tough, awesome workout that made me feel nimble and flexible. Holy endurance! Thanks Becca!

Wow that was an intense class! First thing in the morning now I don’t need coffee:) Loved it! It was challenging to me so I need to do it again and again. Great short class for anyone looking for a quick butt kick.

WOW. That made me work. I especially love it when you whine at the teacher and she magically responds to your whining. ie. Becca: Now we re going to do all those movement again. Me: What?!?! Great short cardio workout! Loved the challenge as this type of workout is my bane--I run and lift frequently but these HIIT type workouts are killer! Which means I should do more of them, not less. I ll probably add this on before or after vinyasa classes in the future. Bring on the burpees!

Whatever I need more of, this is my go-to class. More energy, press play, more courage, press play, strength, stamina, readiness, calm, stillness...there’s a great sivasana at the end. Such a great class and why YDL is so great for adding classes like this with BC.

Lots of fun - I was definitely curious on reading the reviews on how I would go - and yes I needed to modify for some as well. Cardio Express felt good for the blood flow and endorphins. More than a yoga bra required might be a good note in the props section. Thank you so much even though I couldn t maintain or do all of the movements with good form (or be coordinated enough in some instances!) I have a big smile now.

This was a tough class for me, but I still enjoyed it. I m 63, so I sometimes chose the easier version of the moves Becca offered. She did a very good job!

Definitely cardio! I appreciated all the modifications and advance cueing of the next moves. Starting with so much up and down is tough for me and just wish this had been more towards the middle.

Great for some cardio and HIIT. Nice 20 minute rev-up.
Note to organizers of 20-day challenge. Many of us are "sandwich generation" so have limited time. I am loving this challenge, BUT would like more 20-30 minute classes that alternate slow vs faster with maybe 1-2 per week of technique vs meditation. 50 minutes is just not possible for many of us, at least me.

Wow -- this class really got my heart rate up! Frankly, I felt like I had a great workout just halfway through. Really packs a lot into a short period of time. The only thing I didn t like was going straight to poses with my head below my heart after all that cardio.

I agree that I love having more of the short quick workouts like these available. I can often carve half an hour in a day but an hour can be tough. Becca’s classes are great and really well taught, and definitely get me sweaty! Great way to begin a morning before work!
