Instant add to favorites. Thank you so much! This is a true blue hatha class, nice and slow paced. I feel stretched and strong afterward without feeling warn out. This makes me want to explore more of Keith s classes. 5/5

I love this class and Keith! The pace is a bit slower IN A GOOD WAY! The longer holds allow my body to fully experience the pose before moving on. The class does focus on the hips / heart / back as stated, but it also touches on many other focus areas and is a good all around class that I enjoy at any time of the day. Thanks Keith!

What a lovely slow flow. I m trying to honor my body more often by choosing slower flows when it feels right. (I generally want to use yoga as both a spiritual and physical workout and that s a hard habit to break.) This flow had just enough flow to keep me interested but held the poses long enough to FEEL it in my body. Warrior 2 was surprisingly stretchy with all the cues and breathing and I loved that Keith suggested you breathe out tension while in runner s lunge - a perfect reminder.
I did this flow as part of the self-love challenge and I m glad I chose to go slow today. My hips and shoulders feel better for it.

I usually do a faster paced class and it is amazing how challenging it can be to slow down. I have really tight hips and lower back and this hit the spot.

This was just what I needed last night. My right low back and hamstring have been wrecked from a trip and a not-fall that I saved myself from last week. The class really helped loosen up my hips and the chest openers were great. Thanks for another great class, Keith.

I was skeptical at first if I d enjoy this class as he mentions there will be quite a few slow holds (I do not enjoy spending minutes in a hold), but it wasn t like that at all - slow holds were held for maybe 3-5 breaths. This stretched my back, shoulders and hips out nicely after hours spent sitting at a desk - feeling much lighter! As always, Keith gives fabulous instruction and his voice is peaceful and soothing.

Keith s classes are always thoughtful and clear. The hatha holds were longer and just what my body needed. I liked the pigeon and shoulder stand at the end. Starting off in Eagle was a nice way to get twisted in a bind early.
The Spotify playlist was a wonderful accompaniment.

This class was absolutely perfect to heal a body slumped by long days at the desk. Lovely deep holds and opening for the heart and hips. The Spotify soundtrack is great too - thank you Keith!
