Big Energy: A Morning Flow

Before you start your day, join me for a morning flow! In this class, we’ll explore chest openers and backbends that will help us to create BIG energy to move through our day feeling our best. We’ll ease into the practice to gently wake up the body and move through some transitions to keep us on our toes and wake up the mind. The final build will take us into Dancer’s Pose before we wind down with a little bit of core work and a self-guided savasana. Hope you have a great day!
