Found this class and decided to try it this morning. SOOO glad I did! This was a lovely practice! Calm, purposeful, accomplishing everything it set out to do! I have done several of Mary s classes and each time have added them to my favorites. She has become one of my very favorite instructors! Thank you, Mary!

My favorite class of the challenge so far, loved the info about dehydrated muscles and crackling of the neck. Great descriptions and modifications for poses, my favorite was the super relaxing legs up the bolster at the end, I could have stayed there all day. Thanks for an amazing class!
