i had a difficult time following the cues, so I don t think I would try this class again. A cool-down period after inverting would have been appreciated too.

I did this class as part of the challenge. The strength and mobility instructions were a little complicated but I did my best. The headstand instructions at the end were very good. I didn t quite make it but I intend to keep trying using these instructions.
