This is one of my favourite classes; I do it when I feel like doing something different. Roger is a great teacher, although his chatty style needs a little getting used to :). Awesome sequencing, philosophy and cueing. I do have to agree that the "level" is somewhat misleading, as I think it is more of an intermediate class, mostly because you have to be familiar with poses to find the unfamiliar.

There is NO WAY this is a beginner class!!! His instructions were impossible to follow without having to constantly be watching the screen. And the positions were even more difficult!!! I will NEVER do this class again!

I love this video... finally something out of the ordinary where the teacher doesn t provide the same old things. It kept me as a teacher/student interested as well as engaged. I will definitely use a lot of these new techniques in my next yoga class.
