Hi, This class incorporated nearly all of my morning routine stretches and movement. Your guidance gave me both tips and validation for where I need to readjust. These movements can be done anytime but really came in handy today after a ride.

This is perfect after a workout! A bit long, if you are still in the gym. Adding a shorter version would be perfect. But if you have the time, this one is really great!

This class is great for lower back problems, too.
Also, the cue to sit on a block while in frog pose is good for those of us with tight, fragile knees, too. Kylie s insights are great and I go back to this class when I am super tight or sore.

I’ve been using this routine for at least a few years. It’s my go-to to stretch out after a long run and sometimes just because I feel tight after sitting at a desk all day. It hits all the right spots and I feel great afterward.

Thankyou so much for this fantastic stretchy work out. I felt great doing this after a hard day working in the garden and I loved the quirky stretches you introduce. I did this alongside the shoulder stretch which was the perfect companion. This too, I have awarded a well deserved 5stars.

This was a great stretch class for me. My hips are typically pretty tight. Kylie is definitely a more fitness-focused yogi. I usually prefer the more mind and spirit focus along with the hatha yoga. Having said that, I did like this class. Her pacing was just right.

Wow, did I need that. After two full long days in Hershey Park, with all the standing in line, stairs (water slides!), and walking, walking, walking, I drove the two hours home. When I got out of the car, my leg muscles had seized up so tight I stumbled. I couldn’t even straighten my knees in my first down dog. Kylie fixed me right up. Thank you for the yummy stretches. I will definitely come back to this class.

A great, thorough post-run stretch. I am often very minimalist with my stretching after a run and this was great. Loved the hip circles into pigeon.

Love this class after a workout. I would also love having a slightly shorter class to stretch out post-workout when I don t have the full forty minutes to complete this one, similar to the post workout chest and shoulders (another favorite). Just a suggestion :)

This was a really wonderful class. I m one of those "tight-hipped friends," so I really appreciated all the modifications for the various poses. I ll definitely be returning to this class after my runs!

This is a great class for leg stretches. Having tight hamstrings, I would be doing this often.
This is not however ahhh class. Some of the stretches can feel intense, when you are tight. Its not strenuous however.

My new favorite leg and hip class! Great cuing so no need to watch the screen and no extraneous chatter. I’m not an athlete, but a yogi with tight hips and legs that need daily attention. This class was perfect for me in every aspect. My hips and legs say “thank you”, Namaste

I ve done a lot of classes on yoga download, many great. But this is by far the best deep stretch, de-stress, relaxation routine. I come back to this one again and again. My body says "thank you" every time!

This is my go to stretch for after a long 90 minute walk. I also use it after Zumba and Cardio classes. I have meniscus tear and this keeps the pain away. Love this class

Absolutely Excellent!
I did add two half heroes in the middle, as whatever hero does with my quads and ankles is an absolute necessity to keep me running. It made this the best post-run experience evah!

This is an excellent class that thoroughly and effectively stretches all the muscles of the legs and hips. I did swap the final happy baby with supta badda kohasana to get a little more into the inner thighs. It is very relaxing and well-paced. Kylie excels the athlete yoga classes!

This is a great practice - well sequenced and paced. It s geared towards fitness people, looking for a post-workout stretch, but it doesn t alienate anyone. My husband really liked it and he s got relatively tight hips and hamstrings. I ll do this one again...

Excellent breath and movement cues to get you safely to your personal edge without going too far. I would have been afraid of injury with some of these stretches without Kylie s knowledgeable guidance. She also models the poses perfectly to bring out the subtleties that make so much difference.
