The cues are specific and easy to follow when not looking and the demonstration. I will do this quick practice often. Namaste.

Loved the sequence and directions.
But, if you have model(s), one should be showing the advised adaptation so less intimidating.
Also, not a fan of model(s) in general as I stream on an iPad mini and with models sharing the screen, it’s harder to see what their positions are.

I typically don t do yin styled classes, but since I have been out of practice for the past two months, it was nice to sit down a work on releasing some stress and tension. Very calming class, and if that s your cup of tea, I 100% recommend this class.

I did both classes again today, always one invigorating class and one relaxing, I ve loved all the classes so far and the instructors have all been great. This is a great way to start your day hopefully I keep the momentum going throughout the entire challenge

I loved the gentle guidance to deepen and focus the poses. Dana has a very soothing and encouraging voice, inviting us to release tension we no longer need from our hips. This class was gentle on my knees and wrists even as it offered a deep stretch in hips.

Pros: calming voice and slower pace if you want a stretch
Cons: partial direction that even leave her models confused, explains prop use and modifications after you re in the pose, doesn t get up to adjust or demonstrate.
I wanted to like this because I love good hip openers but this was underwhelming for me. I only made it to corpse pose because I have an inability to quick things. I wish I had used my 20 min pre bed ritual on something else.

Day one of Healthy, Calm, and Courageous: started with this one honestly because it was shorter and seemed easier. I was afraid of doing too much since I m just coming back to yoga after a too long hiatus. Not sure what I was afraid of, It was great, wish it was twice as long! Great cues and tips, felt ahhhmazing after sitting on my couch all day working on the computer. Kind of want to do more now :)

Perfect class to start this challenge. I m recovering from some minor back/arm surgery and this was my first yoga class in over three weeks, and it was great! Focusing on the hips allowed me to ease back into yoga without straining my back/ arm too much!
