I really enjoyed this class - I was surprised at how intense it was and really felt it worked my core (I am in the process of building back my core strength after having back issues and no exercise for 4 weeks). Simple, good cues and effective.

What a very, very interesting and different way to work your core. I really liked this class and Dana as an instructor. Very methodical and easy to follow. Great class!

Excellent core strength class. It s all too easy to depend upon our arm and leg strength and neglect integration with our core. We need more Iyengar style classes! Thank you.

Great class for learning and practising good alignment and positioning - very clear instructions and good pace. A savasana would have made this class more complete and a five star for me.

I like the theme of the class. But it definitely requires arm strength. I am looking to build strength that I have lost due to arthritis. This class was a bit painful.

Great class, not my usual selection but for this challenge I’m trying to select out of my comfort zone. Sneakily challenging in a very good way! I will definitely revisit this class.
