I almost quit this class at the start as it felt a bit slow and boring (and my strap wasn t long enough). I m glad I was too lazy to get up and find another class though as it just got better and better. My strap was the right length for the rest of the class and the stretches were sooo deep - I felt much more in control with the strap behind my neck (note, I didn t have any pressure ON my neck as it was all in my hands). It was such a good release for my hips - better than most other hip releasing classes I have done so I shall definitely come back for more!

I could not be happier I found this class. Chronic, long term hip pain and tight hip flexors, running down into my knee and foot causing pins and needles for months, and sleepless nights, with nothing really working, and this class absolutely hits the spot. I m moving better, sleeping better, I m happier as a result, and my confidence in my body has increased because I don t feel like a helpless victim any more, I now feel I have the confidence to continue to improve. The teacher is informative and authoritative, and whilst I don t trust myself to move without pain, I trust her to teach me how to. I ve been doing this class 3 or 4 times a week now for just two weeks, and it s fast becoming the highlight of my day!

i was really wanting deep release of my hips and legs. i did not get it in this class. also i didn t own enough strap for some of the poses, because i ve never needed that much before. i will never use a strap around any part of my neck. the class also seemed too short, and lacked that feel good feeling of release in the body.

This one was a bit challenging but I did better the second time around. It s interesting to see how much more easily my body responds even with one repetition of this class. I look forward to seeing what happens when I do this one regularly. Dana always gives very clear, precise cuing - wonderful instructor. I ve taken almost every one of her classes and they re all excellent.

The class was clear and balanced on each side. The entire class was lying down which was nice. It might have just not been what I was expecting or looking for today since I think I was looking for a wider variety of poses to get at more hips and legs. There was nothing for quads.

This is such an amazing hip, leg and back opener. I have done this class numerous times now. I plan to make this a weekly practice. So good.

This class has been absolutely healing and relieving for my hips and back. I have a pinched nerve in my low back that spasms. In addition to going to the chiropractor this class has been helping me heal and get relief with stretching out the areas. Thank you for this class.

Love Love Love this class. I ve suffered tremendously in the past years with DDD, scoliosis & spondylosis. I can no longer do forward folds. I truly wish more teachers would develop classes like this that don t include forward folds. My back feels soooo much better! Thank You, Dana!!

Was feeling tight and sore today so this class was really probably what I needed. It hurt so good. I had to really remember to breath. Cuing and pace were great. Thank you!

This class is a lovely deep release not only for the hips and legs, but my lower back also said "thank you". Clear and precise cues allow you to focus on your form rather than contorting to see the screen.
