No way you could’ve known but I tweaked something in my left side lower back yesterday and this was the perfect gentle stretching for it that I needed for today!! It was wonderful, loved the focus on the low back, abs and breathing. Always love the 30-40 minute yoga routines too.

This was great! I ve never done Iyengar Yoga, so it was fun to use a chair as a prop. Great stretches for my back and hips, which have been tight due to more sitting than usual. Thank you!

Excellent stretch for those who spend all day seated -- energizes and stretches the spine and the hamstrings (which are often tight and compressed at the end of desk work). Thank you!

I have impinged nerves in my L3, L4, and L5 vertebrae in my lower back. This Yoga class has given me MUCH relief from the pain. I highly recommend it daily!

Excellent! Clear & concise instructions I followed w/ my eyes closed. THANK YOU for NO forward folds. I can no longer do those due to DDD, scoliosis & spondylolisthesis. I ve gone thru stem cell injections to my discs & multipe other back care options (never surgery) and this helped my back feel so much better. I look forward to more of your classes. Namaste .
