I enjoyed this class immensely despite not liking at first. However, I feel like Dana could improve on her cueing - I kept having to look up at the screen upside down because it wasn t clear from her words what she was doing. I also was immediately not feeling the starting with down dog, I would have liked to have a gentler beginning considering how intense this class is. And her voice is pretty harsh and not soothing. That being said my legs feel great and I felt good afterward.

This class was ok. I feel like it is for beginners who need help getting into their forward folds and hamstrings. If you are flexible and advanced, this class will feel slow and simple.

Amazing class! It is intense because the focus is just on the back of the legs, but so opening and freeing. Highly recommend to anyone who feels tight in the legs/hips/low back.

I really appreciate when a class is exactly what it promises and this is a prime example . All forward folds and poses to help them. Great stretch for the legs and time to really practice solid technique - not sweaty but intense stretches you can adjust for your level. I have pretty tight legs and forward folds, especially seated, are a challenge I skimp on - this was so needed ! Thank you !
