These classes are recommended to be practiced in sequential order, over the course of 10 days, but if you prefer you can adjust the order to suit your preference. If you find a favorite class, feel free to come back to it as many times as you'd like. In 10 days, you will feel positive shifts and changes in your body and mind.

If you are brand new to yoga, be gentle with yourself. Listen to your body, take deep breaths in every yoga pose, and honor your limits. With each new class, your body will continue to open and release at the rate that's best for it.
If you suffer from any chronic conditions, check with your doctor before practicing yoga, but know these classes are relatively safe. If you have chronic pain of any sort, you might want to opt for the sufficient Yoga for Chronic Pain series. If these classes feel too gentle for you, try one of the beginner yoga programs instead, which introduce more challenging hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga at an entry level.
