Good use of your intellect. Have you checked out my more intense classes that are longer in duration like Yoga Rocks; Yin on the Rocks Live!; EPs Yoga Rocks Bootcamp? Those will shake your body!

Hmm...me not talking? How will I give the cues? Not versed in sign language yet. Without music, without verbiage, how will the dead space be filled? Food for thought!
