Great core focused workout/ flow. My core is definitely alive and on fire after this ! On my favourite list for core workouts :)

Most of this class was non-traditional yoga, which can be great, but I found that the teacher was more focused on doing the practice than on describing what to do. I needed her to give more detailed descriptions, and she rarely did. Most of the time I had to stop what I was trying to do to look at her to figure out what was going on. About 23 minutes in there was some valuable mat work, but that was about all that I would recommend.

Love it but would categorize this more advanced than intermediate. Thanks for the awesome workout!
