Flowing with Warrior 2 - a quick 20 minute breath & body flow perfect for any time of day! This class focuses on breath and body as we move through a vinyasa flow style practice with minimal cueing and plenty of time and space for you to just enjoy moving and breathing! Using the foundational pose of Warrior 2 we will build a repeating flow to quickly build heat, open the side body, improve balance, and leave you feeling ready for the rest of your day.
