Day 3: Slow Yoga Reset |
This slow-paced all-levels yoga class combines Hatha and Yin styles of yoga to help you reduce stress and tension in both your mind and body so that you can feel refreshed. |
Day 4: Lunar Flow: Ease Into Evening |
Enjoy a slower tempo flow and longer holds in a few deep hip openers in this class, which is intended to be practiced in the evening to help unwind your day. |
Day 5: Evening Yoga for Stress Relief |
Whether you're stressed out, or just need a good stretch and to calm down before bed, this practice consists of accessible, deeply relaxing poses, that open your whole body, relax your mind, and leave you feeling calmer. |
Day 6: Nourishing Slow Flow |
This slow-paced flowing practice keeps you close to the earth and is designed to re-nourish your system - you will start laying down with reclined poses and progresses into activated postures to release your hips and spine. |
Day 7: Yoga nidra for Self-Healing |
In this class you will go deeply into every part of the body with your consciousness in order to bring the powerful therapeutic qualities of love and forgiveness to bear on any dis-ease, present or future. |
Day 8: It's Been a Long Day |
This class is designed to help you swtich off after a long day at work - if your brain feels full and tired but your body needs to move, then this yoga practice will help to soothe your mind and release your body! |
Day 9: Meditative Zen Practice |
This meditative practice starts slowly on the floor with hip openers and moves into easy standing poses - it's good for days when you feel overwhelmed. |
Day 10: Nighty Night, Don't Sleep Tight |
This strees-releasing class is gentle and relaxing on the body and while this class is not necessarily Yin or Restorative, it has both properties. |
Day 11: Evening Enlightenment Yoga |
This all-levels class will ease you into your evening by helping you release any physical or mental stress from your day and inviting you to arrive in the moment. |
Day 12: Yin Yoga & Breathwork for Relaxation |
This Yin class teaches you to exhale, pause and create space - it will recharge and encourage you to let go with your exhale so that you can feel lighter and start fresh. |
Day 13: Yoga Ritual: An Evening Practice |
This class consists of full-body gratitude, lots of grounding poses, low lunges, supported bridges and deep, slow stretches to tame the relentless noise of the day and bring the attention inward. |
Day 14: Body & Mind Relaxation Meditation |
This meditation practice, set amidst a rushing mountain waterfall, uses a technique that focuses on relaxing your physical body, and in the process, relaxing your mind. |
Day 15: Evening Relaxation Yoga |
This all-levels gentle class will help you relax and renew your body, mind, and spirit - it will gently open your chest, back, shoulders, and hips while easing into clarity and presence. |
Day 16: Daily Decompression |
This class is great for an evening unwinding - you will move through postures that elongate your spine, as well as postures that open your chest, shoulders, neck, and hips. |
Day 17: Unwind Your Spine, Unwind Your Mind |
This Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra class will help you release any stagnant energy in the spine before dropping into the deepest layers of the mind. |
Day 18: Yoga for Better Sleep |
This short and relaxing class will help you let go of your day, melt into the moment, and release any tension in your body so you can sleep better. |
Day 19: Quicky Stretch & De-Stress |
This class will quickly help you de-stress, stretch out your body, and relax your mind through slow, deep breathing and stretching, so you can relax your physiology and bring the energy of the body back down. |
Day 20: Slower & Deeper: A Gentle Vinyasa Flow |
This hip-centric class will work the muscles of the low back, outer hip and front of the hip, to allow for our fullest expression with the least amount of effort. |
Day 21: Tree Meditation |
This guided meditation helps you feel grounded and light at the same time, while leaving you centered, refreshed and inspired. |
